Clarence Larkins is a lifelong resident of Portland and holds a B.S. in Social Science with a minor in Political Science from Portland State University. For nearly two decades Clarence has been a vocal community diversity proponent, is the current President of the 42nd Avenue Business Association, and Founder/Program Director of Straight Path, Inc.
